The themes for our Regulatory Reset have been shaped extensively by customer thinking and deep consultation with our Customer Consultative Panel (CCP), now known as the CAB. Our research was very clear that engagement should be focussed around a narrative that is clear and makes sense to the community; that connects them into the conversation so we can talk about the future of SA Power Networks' services in South Australia'.  This led to the discovery of the four key themes around affordability, reliability, customer energy and clean energy.
