As part of our overall stakeholder and consumer engagement plan, we facilitated a series of targeted and regional workshops. These conversations focused on our four key themes and helped inform future engagement on our topics for 'Focussed Conversations’.

Targeted Engagement Workshops

These workshops are planned to help bring new voices to the 'future energy' conversation and to involve members of our community who may otherwise not get involved or experience barriers to participation. We are working closely with key leaders in each target group to host conversations most appropriately and inclusively. We have updated our plan to include a workshop specifically for 'people who are renters/renting' based on recent feedback.

Regional Engagement Workshops

A series of workshops across regional South Australia will be held to ensure we discuss local/regional issues and hear from a range of diverse voices. These workshops are longer in duration and allow us to discuss localised issues and future planning aspirations.

We will be using our four engagement themes to help guide and frame our conversations:

  • Affordable and equitable energy supply
  • Customer experience, choice, and empowerment
  • A reliable, resilient, and safe electrical network
  • Enabling clean energy and unlocking future value for our state

What's next?

We will be taking the insights from our customers into consideration and feeding them into our ongoing Reset process, particularly for our next stage which involves a series of Focussed Conversations on key topics that our customers have helped to prioritise.
