Chinese community workshop film

We have been busy in October delivering workshops with a range of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities, gathering feedback on their experience of the electricity industry.

The translated focus group with the Chinese community saw 20 residents and business owners enthusiastically share their concerns, identifying reliability, communication during outages and network price as their priorities.
