The group is focused on ensuring clear communication and customer understanding of these changes, with resources like FAQs, factsheets, and videos available online. - Innovation and Customer-Centric Initiatives:
Leveraging the $20M Innovation Fund to develop projects that address cost-of-living pressures, energy affordability, and customer service expectations. The group is actively seeking ideas for innovative tariff-related initiatives and exploring ways to make the energy network more consumer-centric.
- Customer Outcomes and Support for Vulnerable Customers:
Advocating for government support for vulnerable customers, particularly through the smart meter rollout, and ensuring transparency in how funds collected through the new export tariff are spent to maintain a reliable, safe, and resilient network.
