Talking to stakeholders about our Levels of Services

In late November we held a workshop with members of our Customer Consultative Panel and Reference Groups to seek their input on our draft Levels of Service. These were developed based on past data, our understanding of customer expectations, and statutory requirements that set the minimum levels of service we must provide.

Stakeholders representing among others, local government, consumer groups and our Arborist, Community and Renewables reference groups, were asked for their thoughts and to identify what was missing in relation to our draft Levels of Service, which span the following categories:

  • safety
  • customer experience
  • reliability and quality of supply
  • environment
  • aesthetics
  • multi-flow grid
  • information and communication
  • cost-efficiency.
