Focus groups for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities
Some of our customers have unique needs and we will be engaging them through four targeted focus groups for people from the Vietnamese, Chinese, Burmese and Bhutanese communities.
To ensure meaningful participation from all customers at the focus groups, the proceedings will be translated in real time and customers will be given the opportunity to ask questions.
The focus groups will be held during October and will aim to reach between 50 and 60 community members.
It’s a great way to widen the conversation as we keep on Talking Power.
