ilox over 2 years agoA modern and technology aware power provider should be able to tell when s system or section goes down. You shouldn't need us to tell you, you should already know that something is wrong.Hide Replies (3)

Aaron over 2 years agoI agree with Kat, I work in the energy and technology sector, I would far rather pay (not that I do pay) to send a text message to my provider or make a phone call than have them amortise a couple of hundred dollars in tech per house and a few million dollars at the office across my bill.Hide reply (1)

moose1069 over 2 years agoI work in the more remote part of the state and their not a huge amount of phone service (mobile )or radio networks for that matter I often have people ring me to report a fault which I pass on
