Consultative Group Structure Update
Members were advised of the proposed new consultative group structure and upcoming expression of interest process. Feedback from existing advisory group members has informed the design, with further details to be shared once final approval is obtained.

Customer Solutions and Process Improvements
SA Power Networks provided an update on Customer Solutions priorities, including continued digitisation, automation and future portal enhancements. Operational improvements are also being trialled to streamline connections processes and improve coordination across industry participants.

Industry Collaboration and Group Impact
Members were acknowledged for their contribution throughout 2025, including input into connections process improvements, portal functionality, Flexible Connections implementation and broader industry collaboration which helped shape ongoing service improvements and strategic priorities.
